摘    要:12-P-160出口泥浆泵广泛应用于国内外石油钻井行业中,其人字齿轮在总装试车中时常出现"咬齿背"现象,造成实际运行中诸如断齿等齿轮失效状况出现,较全面地分析了产生该现象的主要原因,提出了在装配调试中解决难题的方法,在12-P-160出口泥浆泵实际生产应用中很有参考价值。

Abstract:12-P-160 mud pump is widely used in the oil drilling industry at home and abroad, the tooth back meshing phenomenon of herringbone gears is often appeared in assembly and test, resulting in, such as broken teeth and other gear failure condition in actual operation. The main reason for this phenomenon is roundly analyzed, and the method to solve the problem in the assembly and test is proposed, therefore it has great reference value in the actual production application of 12-P-160 export mud pump.
