深孔加工机器人结构设计及液压行走控制系统研究

摘    要:
针对超长管件难加工现象,设计了对超长管件内孔进行切削加工的深孔加工机器人,确定了机器人的机械本体结构,并对步进原理进行了研究.运用Pro/E 10.0,建立了机器人三维实体模型,验证了总体结构设计的正确性与合理性.最后给出了机器人步进装置具体的液压控制方案.

Abstract:
Aiming at the difficulty in processing of deep-hole fittings,design for super long pipe inner hole machining of deep-hole machining robot,determined the robot mechanical structure,and the principle of step.Application of Pro / E 10,to establish a robot three-dimensional solid model of the overall structural design,verify the correctness and rationality.Finally the robot walking device specific hydraulic control scheme.
