一起测控装置老化引起主变压器断路器误分闸的故障分析及处理

摘    要:测控装置主要用于实现变电站的遥信、遥测、遥控、遥调等测量和控制功能。若其存在缺陷或发生故障,将有可能引起断路器设备误分合闸事故,影响变电站安全运行及供电可靠性。以一起110 kV主变压器低压侧后备测控装置老化引起的主变压器断路器误分闸事故为例,分析了造成主变压器低压侧断路器误分闸的原因,并结合电气试验和实践经验提出了具体的处理方法和防范措施,保证系统及设备的安全运行。

Abstract:Measurement and control device is mainly used to realize the transformer substation remote measurement and control function such as remote communication, remote measure, remote control. If the device has defect or breaks down, main transfomer circuit break misoperation would happened which has influence on safety operation and reliability. With an example of main transfomer circuit break misoperation caused by aging measurement and control device, reason for switch misoperation was analyzed and treatment was proposed to ensure equipment operation.
