摘    要:尽管钢的化学成分在生产过程中都能有效地控制在性能标准规定的范围内,但诸元素的含量及存在状态对中厚钢板的冷弯性能有直接影响,其中影响最大的是C、S、O、P、H、N等杂质元素。这些杂质元素影响冷弯性能的方式是完全不同的,碳主要通过影响显微组织中各组织组分的相对量及其分布特点,硫通过带状组织和硫化物夹杂,氧通过氧化物夹杂,磷通过固溶强化作用及带状组织,氢通过气态氢在钢中的存在和扩散,进而影响中厚钢板冷弯性能。因此,要消除化学成分对中厚钢板冷弯性能的影响,必须降低钢中C、S、O、P、H、N含量,提高钢的纯净度,减少非金属夹杂含量,发展纯净钢。

Abstract:Though the chemical composition of steel is effectively controlled in the scope of being stipulated by performance standard in the production process,the content and existing state of various elements influence the cold-bending property of medium and thick steel plate directly,especially the impurity elements such as C,S,O,P,H and N influence that greatly. The influence modes of these impurity elements on the cold-bending property are different. C influences that by the relative quantity and distributing feature of each structure component in the microstructure. S influences that by the banded structure and sulfide inclusion. O influences that by the oxide inclusion. P influences that by the solid solution reinforcement and banded structure. H influences that by its existence and diffusion in the steel. Thus if the influence of chemical composition on the cold-bending property of medium and thick steel plate is removed,the contents of C,S,O,P,H and N must be decreased,the nonmetallic inclusions must be reduced,the banded structure must be controlled,pure steel must be developed.
