摘    要:
制备了一种含钛、磷、钒的无机混合液,并掺入到硅烷液中,研究其在镀锌钢板表面的钝化行为.通过CUSO4点滴实验、极化曲线法及扫描电子显微镜测试钝化膜的耐蚀性能及表面形貌.结果表明:镀锌钢板的表面经无机-硅烷钝化后,其耐蚀性明显优于单一硅烷钝化膜的.

Abstract:
An inorganic mixed solution containing titanium,phosphorus and vanadium was prepared and doped into silane solution to study its passivation behavior on the surface of galvanized steel sheet.The corrosion resistance and morphology of the passive film were analyzed by CuSO4 solution dropping test,polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the surface of galvanized steel sheet by inorganic-silane composite passivation is obviously superior to that of single silane passivation film.
