新建石化企业储罐无组织排放定量方法初探

储罐无组织排放是石化企业VOCs污染的主要来源,会造成安全、环境和健康危害,需要进行必要的总量控制。目前国内缺乏适用的估算方法,因此文章利用相关建设规划参数,结合排放机理和实际储罐现状,推导出新建石化企业的储罐无组织排放定量方法,验证结果表明本方法能够得到比较准确的结果,从而为环境规划和管理提供技术依据。

Study on the Fugitive Estimation Methods for Tanks in Newly Built Petrochemical Plants

Fugitive emission from tanks is the main reason for VOCs pollution in petrochemical plants, which brings hazards in safety cnviromnent and health, so total amount control is necessary. Now it is lack of proper estimation methods of domestic. By using parameters of construction plans and combining the emission mechanism and actual tanks, this paper deduces the fugiti／e estimation methods for tanks in newly built petrochemical plants. The validation result indicates that the method can get exact results, so it can provide technical basis for environmental planning and management.
