| Abstract: | Bid evaluation is the most critical step in bid invitation program.The paper summarizes such bid evaluation methods as commonly used in China in general and the bid evaluation mentods as applied in the power industry in particular;tips on the problems likely to arise in the course of the application of the methods are also offered.It is held that only in orderly,standardized and ideal conditions can a method be expected to turn out a desired effect. |
