摘    要:
研究了利用毒重石为原料,添加MO除杂剂,盐酸浸出制取氯化钡的工艺。当MO用量为10kg/t,盐酸用量为414kg/t,液固比为4时,钡的浸出率达98.41%。浸液直接浓缩结晶,制备的氯化钡产品质量达到了GB1617—89─级品标准。

Abstract:
The process. in which witherite is leached by hydrochloric acid with MO decontaminant to prepared barium chloride, is studied. When the usage of MO and hydrohloric acid, and the liquid-to-solid ratio are 10kg/t, 414kg/t and 4 respectively,the leaching rate of barium is 98. 41%.The product quality of barium chloride prepared by leaching liquid thickening and crystalling reaches the first grade standard of GB1617-89.
