矿业循环经济“5R”理论及应用研究

摘    要:发展循环经济是构建和谐矿业、实现矿业可持续发展的必然选择。该文在循环经济传统的“3R”原则基础上,提出再发现(Rediscover)和替代(Replace)两个原则,并以“5R”原则为基础,提出矿业循环经济的综合评价指标体系,以促进矿业循环经济的发展。

Abstract:A sustainable development of mining industry necessitates the cycling economy. This paper, based on the traditional "3R" theory in the cycling economy, presents two more “R” principles, Rediscover and Replace, and combines them to “5R” theory, which has been applied to establish a comprehensive assessment indexes system to enhance the development of mining cycling economy.
