摘    要:温度敏感型原位凝胶是现在国内外研究新型药物传递系统的一个热点,因具有良好的流动性、较长的滞留时间、高效的生物利用度及良好的控制释药性能等优点成为了新型给药系统的主要研究对象。本文以近年来国内外研究温度敏感型原位凝胶的相关文献,对其基质选择、给药途径及质量控制的研究进行综述,从而为温度敏感型原位凝胶的新型药物研发提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Thermosensitive gels was a hot spot of which had a good liquidity, longer retention time, high research at home and abroad new drug delivery systems now, bioavailability and good control of drug release performance advantages, so it became a new drug delivery system of the main research object. Based on the research at home and abroad in recent years, its type of matrix selection, routes of administration and quality control of research were summarized, so as to provide certain reference for developing new drugs of thermo -sensitive gels.
