羊仔毛针织物防缩整理工艺研究

摘    要:
采用双氧水与酶HAP联合处理羊仔毛针织物进行防缩整理,研究双氧水处理体积分数、处理温度、处理时间、酶处理用量及酶处理时间对织物减量率、顶破强力下降率和面积收缩率的影响,得出工艺条件不同,羊仔毛针织物的面积收缩率不同。通过实验进行优化处理工艺,确定出双氧水与酶HAP联合处理羊仔毛针织物时防缩整理的最佳工艺为:双氧水处理体积分数6%,温度55℃,时间60 min,酶用量3.0%(owf),时间60 min。
