基于ANSYS扭矩传感器的敏感元件设计

摘    要:在应变式扭矩传感器的设计中,敏感元件的设计是最重要的部分。敏感元件的设计过程主要包括了选择敏感元件材料、设计敏感元件结构以及选取应变片黏贴位置等几个步骤。首先,根据实际情况选择了性能较好的弹簧钢作为敏感元件的材料。然后,运用ANSYS软件分析结构的应力应变,根据实际的应力应变情况将应变片的位置选在了弹性梁的应力值比较大并且适合粘贴应变片的地方。经研究分析,该设计适合采用直角应变花测量。最后,试验结果数据表明了设计的可靠性。

Abstract:In the design of strain gauge torque sensor,the design of sensitive element is the most important part. The process mainly include the choosing sensitive element's materials,designing sensitive element's structure,and selecting the location of strain gauge. First of all,according to the actual performance,a good spring steel was chose as the original material. Then,ANSYS software was used to analyze the structure of stress and strain,according to the actual stress-strain situation,a place was selected where the stress of elastic beam is higher. After researching and analysising,this design should use right-angle measurement of strain flower. Finally,the experimental data show that the design is reliable.
