基于小波神经网络的凝汽器故障诊断

摘    要:引入小波变换优化神经网络,建立了凝汽器故障征兆参数集,利用小波神经网自适应能力强、收敛速度快、精度高的特点对凝汽器故障进行诊断。应用结果表明,该方法能够有效地对凝汽器故障进行准确诊断。

Abstract:A study on fault diagnosis of condenser is conducted and the set of fault symptoms is built.Wavelet transformation technique is introduced into neural network to optimize the learning process for fault diagnosis.The proposed method is applied to an industrial case problem.Results show that the method has better adaptive capacity,faster convergence speed,and higher prediction accuracy than the existing methods.
