快烧Fe2O3-ZnO-SiO2荷叶状结晶釉的制备

摘    要:PbO-R2O-SiO2-B2O3体系为基础釉,以ZnO为结晶剂,Fe2O3为着色剂,在1250℃下快烧60~90min制备出了釉面光亮平整,晶花分布集中,艺术效果好的结晶釉。采用单因素实验法系统地考察了配方组成对釉面质量的影响,最后利用正交实验对配方进行优化得到呈现筒叶状的结晶釉。

Abstract:In this paper, the system with PbO-R2O-SiO2-B2O3 is used as base-- glaze, ZnO and Fe2O3 were used as crystallization agent.coloring agent respectively. Smooth and bright glaze with patellate crystalline were prepared at 1 250 C for 60-90 min. Effect of composition ingredients on glaze were studied by the single-- factor rest system. Good bright crystallization and smooth glaze were optimized by orthogonal experiment.
