天津金德园大面积深基坑土方开挖施工控制

摘    要:天津金德园超大面积深基坑工程土方工程量大、工期紧、场地狭小且紧邻主干道和居民区,选择中心岛式土方开挖方案.利用栈桥运输作用,在保证支撑施工部位运输通道坚实的前提下进行土方开挖,遵循"分层开挖、先撑后挖、快挖快撑、保证基坑围护体系受力均衡"原则.对基坑支撑结构位移、周边道路和建筑物变形进行监测.结果表明周边道路和建筑沉降及支撑结构位移均在设计和规范要求警戒值范围内.
