摘    要:针对二位三通高速电磁开关阀双端驱动的特点,理论分析了液压开关半桥的静态特性,基于AMESim中建立的高速电磁开关阀动态模型,对高速电磁开关阀的静态特性进行仿真,并分析了造成高速电磁开关阀的静态特性非线性的原因。

Abstract:Aiming at characteristic of double side driven of 2-position 3-way high speed on-off solenoid valve, the static characteristic of hydraulic switching half-bridge was theoretically analyzed. Based on AMESim dynamic modeling of the high speed on off solenoid valve, the static characteristic of high speed on-off solenoid valve was simulated. The reasons for nonlinear of static characteristic of high speed on-off solenoid valve were analyzed.
