快速原型技术的研究现状与发展

摘    要:作为一种先进制造技术 ,快速原型技术以材料累加的方法制造工件 ,使用的材料可以是气态、粉末状态 ,固态和液态。本文介绍了快速原型技术的原理、几种典型的工艺方法 (SL、FDM、3D -P、SLS、LOM )、应用 (在设计制造、模具、医疗、微型机械领域 )及发展方向 ,认为快速成型技术应向复合材料、高效低成本、高精度方向发展。

Abstract:As one of the advanced manufacturing technologies, Rapid Prototyping produces parts based on material additive manufacturing process. RP parts can use different materials in gas, powder, solid layers and liquid. This paper generally deals with the principle, process, and application of RP. During a decade of research and developments, RP have made great progresses. There have been several typical layer creation techniques known as Stereolithography, Fused Deposition Modeling, Three Dimensional Printing, Selected Laser Sintering, Laminated Object Manufacturing and so on .Up to now, RP have attained applications in parts design and manufacturing, die/mould fabrication, medical context and micro-fabrication. RP will take steps to improve precise and efficiency.
