相转移催化合成对苄氧基苯甲腈的研究

摘    要:以对羟基苯甲腈、氯代苄为原料,四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,合成了对苄氧基苯甲腈.考察了催化剂用量、温度、原料配比和时间对产率的影响.优化条件为:催化剂用量1.5 g,n(对羟基苯甲腈):n(氯代苄)=1.1∶1.0,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为8 h.对苄氧基苯甲腈产率达到89%.

Abstract:Tetrabutyl ammonium bromide was used as a catalyst for the reaction of 4-cyanophenol with benzyl chloride.4-cyanophenyl benzyl ether was obtained in 89% yield under the optimum reaction conditions: The usage of phase transfer catalyst is 1.5 g,n(4-cyanophenol)∶n(benzyl chloride)=1.1∶1.0,reaction temperature is 70 ℃and the reaction time is 8 h.
