钛渣铝镁法冶炼高钛铁的研究

摘    要:以钛渣为原料研究铝镁热法制备高钛铁的工艺,讨论了炉料单位热量及不同还原剂配方对冶炼效果的影响.实验结果表明,铝镁热法制备高钛铁在技术上是可行的,用铝镁做还原剂,炉料单位热量为2950kJ/kg时可制备钛含量为68.2%的钛铁合金,用镁代替10%的用铝量可使钛铁合金中的铝含量小于4%.

Abstract:Smelting high titanium ferroalloy with titanium slag as raw materials by means of aluminum-magnesium thermite was studied, and the effluence of the heat productivity of unit burden and the proportion of reducing agent on the melting approached. It was shown that the aluminum-magnesium thermite method was technically feasible for smelting high titanium ferroalloy. When the heat productivity of the burden with aluminum-magnesium as reducing agent reached 2 950 kJ/kg, a titanium ferroalloy containing 68. 2%Ti could be made. A substitution of 10%aluminum by magnesium led to a titanium ferroalloy containing less than 4%Al.
