摘    要:针对某高硫含铜钴硫精矿开展焙烧—酸浸综合回收铜钴试验。研究表明,硫精矿通过掺入焙砂比例约25%,控制入料总硫品位30%左右,铜、钴、锌浸出率分别为88.08%、72.40%和100%。酸浸渣铁品位65.21%。浸出液通过萃取回收铜,萃余液氧化除铁,除铁后液一步沉淀得到富钴渣。

Abstract:Test of roasting-acid leaching for one high sulfur and copper-cobalt bearing sulfur concentrate was carried out to recover copper and cobalt. The results show that leaching rate of copper, cobalt and zinc is 88.08%, 72.40% and 100% respectively under the conditions of 25% mass fraction of calcining sand and total sulfur content of 30% of feeding. Iron grade in acid leaching residue is 65.12%. Copper is recovered from lixivium by extraction. Iron is removed from raffinate by oxidation, and cobalt-enriched slag is obtained from iron-removal solution by precipitation.
