多金属复杂铜矿的氧化浸出性能

摘    要:以硫酸为浸出剂,硝酸为氧化剂,对多金属复杂铜矿进行氧化浸出试验。结果表明,酸的种类和用量以及氧化剂类型对多金属复杂铜矿浸出率有明显的影响;硝酸使Cu、Fe、Zn等元素部分浸出,但浸出率却不随硝酸用量的增加而升高;硝酸加入方式对金属浸出率影响较大,缓慢加入方式对金属的浸出效果更好。扩大实验结果表明,Cu、Fe、Zn的浸出率达到98%以上,As的浸出率为60%左右,Pb、Sb的浸出率很低,Ag基本没有浸出。二次滤渣主要由PbO_(1.44)和Pb_(2.5)Sb_(1.5)O_(6.75)构成。

Abstract:Oxidation leaching of polymetallic complex copper ore was studied applying sulfuric acid as leaching agent and nitric acid as oxidant. The results show that acid species and dosage, and oxidant type have obvious influences on leaching rate of polymetallic complex copper ore. Nitrate can leach copper, iron and zinc, but the according leaching rates do not rise with increase of nitrate dosage. Slow addition of nitric acid has better metal leaching effect. The enlarged experimental results show that leaching rate of Cu, Fe and Sb is all 98% above, leaching rate of As is about 60%, leaching rate of Pb and Zn is very low, and Ag is hardly leached by mixed acid solutions. The second filter residue is mainly composed of PbO1.44 and Pb2.5Sb1.5O6.75.
