无机-有机复合絮凝剂处理造纸混合废水研究

摘    要:研究了用无机 有机复合絮凝剂处理造纸混合废水 (即中段水与黑液的混合液 )的处理技术 .结果表明 :当混合废水的CODcr<60 0 0mg/L时 ,该复合絮凝剂的处理效果远比单用PAC好 ,生成的矾花大而密实 ,且易于过滤 ,CODcr的去除率达 90 %以上 ;PAC与PAM的最佳质量比为 8∶1 ,最佳 pH范围为 7~ 8,经处理的混合废水达到国家排放标准 .该方法的特点是能同时达到处理中段水及黑液的目的 ,且操作简便 ,成本低廉 .

Abstract:It has researched the technology in which the inorganic_organic composite flocculating_agent treat mixing wastewater is used (mixed sewage of gray water and black liquor). The result indicates that as for mixing wastewater with COD cr <6?000?mg/L,the treament effect of the composite flocculating_agent is much better than that of single PAC, floc formed is bigger and denser and is more easily filtrated, and the removing rate of COD cr is more than 90%. The best ratio(weight) of PAC and PAM is 8∶1 and the best range of pH is 7~8. After the treatment, the wastewater can meet the requirement stipulated by The National Waste Disposal Standard. The technology has the advantages of treating gray water and black liquor in the meantime, operating easily and less cost.
