| 摘 要： | 基于复杂性科学理论,从人员疏散系统的特性入手,提出人员疏散系统是一类特殊的复杂巨系统的观点。通过调研复杂巨系统研究方法以及国内外人员疏散的研究历史和发展现状,概括人员疏散系统研究方法为"基础数据收集整理-建模仿真-结果分析和实验验证-调整参数和修正模型",并与复杂巨系统的"综合集成法"相比较,指出人员疏散研究中所遇到的难点及突破口在于人员疏散模型的综合化,需要系统思想和复杂巨系统理论的指导。
