| 摘 要： | 为了探讨甲壳素纤维的可纺性,以精梳彩棉/莫代尔/甲壳素纤维60/30/10 14.6 tex混纺纱为例,分析介绍了纺纱工艺流程、工艺配置、主要工艺参数及技术要点.使半制品及最终成纱质量指标均达到设计要求,且纱线既具有纤维素纤维的良好手感和性能,又能体现甲壳素纤维的功能性特点.

| Abstract: | To discuss spinnability of chitin fiber, take combed colored cotton/Modal/chitin f/bet 60/30/10 14. 6 tex blended yarn as an example, spinning processing circulation, processing configuration, main processing parameters and technology points were analyzed. Make semi - finished goods and product quality reach design demands, the yarn has both cellulose fiber property of better handle and so on and chitin fiber property of function. |
