摘    要:采用超声波辅助提取高粱外种皮中原花青素,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应曲面分析对提取工艺参数进行优化,最优工艺为提取时间65min、提取超声功率60W、提取温度56℃。在此条件下高粱外种皮中原花青素的理论提取得率达到1.789%,验证实验条件下实际最大值为(1.764±0.006)%,达到理论得率的98.6%;与未用超声辅助提取的方法[得率为(0.906±0.033)%]相比,得率增加了近1倍。

Abstract:Response surface methodology was employed to optimize conditions for the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of procyanidins from sorghum episperm. The optimal extraction conditions were found to be extraction at 56 ℃ for 65 min with an ultrasonic power of 60 W. Under these conditions, the theoretical value of maximum procyanidin yield was 1.789%, and the actual value was (1.764±0.006)%, which was 98.6% of the theoretical value and increased nearly 2-fold compared with that obtained without ultrasonic treatment ((0.906 ± 0.033)%).
