容器内填沙爆炸实验的数值模拟

摘    要:为了研究沙介质衰减爆炸冲击性能,在圆柱形爆炸容器内进行填沙爆炸加载实验。利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对实验过程进行数值模拟;分别采用三维流固耦合算法和二维自适应算法对容器结构动态响应进行分析。模拟得到容器外壁面正对爆心部位的环向应变在大装药量时与实验结果吻合较好。通过数值模拟,获取了容器内部壁面反射超压载荷和沙中成腔尺寸等信息。

Abstract:In order to study the behavior of sand under blast loading,the explosive tests were carried out in the explosion containment vessel(ECV) filled with sand.The test process was simulated by the finite element method software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The dynamic response of the vessel was analyzed by 3D arbitrary Lagrangian-Euler fluid-structure interaction coupling method and 2D Lagrangian adaptivity method.The simulated hoop strain on the ECV's outer surface right opposite to the charge centre coincides with the experi...
