超低碳贝氏体钢的加工工艺与组织性能分析

摘    要:进行了超低碳贝氏体钢的两阶段控轧控冷实验,对轧后钢板进行力学性能检测及组织分析。结果显示,超低碳贝氏体钢强度较高,屈服强度平均达670MPa,伸长率和冲击功偏低;显微组织主要由粒状贝氏体和板条贝氏体组成,两种贝氏体组织只有在两个极端的温度下才有明显的差异,从工程检验的实际出发,不必区分两类贝氏体。

Abstract:Two stage experiments of controlled rolling and controlled cooling for ultra low carbon bainite(ULCD) were carried out in the laboratory.Mechanical properties were measured and microstructure characters were analyzed.Results show that strength of ULCB is higher,its average yield strength is up to 670MPa,elongation ratio and impact energy of ULCB is lower.Microstructure of ULCB consists of grainular bainite and bainite ferrite.Distinguished differences only exist at extremely temperature.It is unnecessary to differentiate them from the point of view of engineering measure.
