微波辅助提取柚子皮中多糖的研究

摘    要:讨论了利用微波辐射萃取法从柚子皮中提取多糖的不同因素的影响,通过实验确立了微波条件下提取多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提时间为4h,浸提温度为80℃,料液比为1︰50,浸提次数为4次,乙醇浓度为80%,微波辐射功率500W,辐射时间为5min,多糖提取率达到17.23%。

Abstract:The paper gave diversity factors for polysaccharides from grapefruit peel with making use of microwave extraction, and built optimally technology conditions about polysaccharides from grapefruit peel with making use of microwave extraction. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: extracting time 4 h, extractiong temperature 80 ℃, the volume of water to the weight of orange peel of 1:50, extracting times 4, the concentration of ethanol 60 %, microwave power of 500 W, radiation time of 5 min, the output ratio ofpolysaccharides of 17.23 % was obtained on the optimum conditions.
