摘    要:在固体超强酸SO2 -4/TiO2 /La3 +的催化下,异戊酸与异戊醇直接酯化,再经过滤、蒸馏制得合格的异戊酸异戊酯,其最佳工艺条件为:催化剂添加量0 9% ,异戊醇与异戊(酸)摩尔比=1 5∶1 0 ,反应温度130℃,反应时间3h ,异戊酸转化率为98% ,催化剂易分离,可重复使用

Abstract:The solid superacid SO 2- _4/TiO_2/La 3+ was used as the catalyst in the isamyl isvalerate reaction The experimental results showed that the best esterification conditions are: the reaction temperature was 130 ℃, the reaction was time 3 h, isamyl to isvaleric acid was 1 5∶1 0 (mol), and w (catalyzer) = 0 9% of the total initial materials Conversion of isvaleric acid amounts to 98% The catalyst could be separated from reaction materials easily, and could be reused.
