| 摘 要： | 提出一种用最小二乘法拟合刀具齿面上离散点的齿面拟合方法，给出了齿面的简单表达式。该拟合曲面可用于虚拟径向剃齿过程，从而生成被剃齿轮齿面，通过与渐开线齿面比较，可检验刀具设计的正确性。

| Abstract: | The method of fitting points on the profile of radial shaving cutters by using the least square method is yielded,and a simple expression to build the gear profile is also presented.It can simulate the process of radial shaving cutting,and then deduce the gear profile to be shaved.By comparing with the involute profile,the correction of the cutter design method can be tested. |
