陶瓷盘式过滤机在东鞍山烧结厂的应用

东鞍山烧结厂铁精矿浓缩过滤成本高，金属流失，溢流水质较差，铁精矿滤水分较高。为了进一步降低低选矿厂铁精矿加工成本，满足烧结和环保工作对铁精矿过滤过程的要求，东鞍山烧结厂引进了P30／10－C陶瓷盘式过滤机进行工业试验。试验表明：该过滤机良好的过滤性能，为东鞍山烧结厂带来可观的经济效益的同时，也可为后续作业创造良好的条件。

Application of Ceramic Disc Filter in Donganshan Sintering Plant

Donganshan Sintering Plant has the nationally most complex thickening system of iron concentrate which is bothered by high cost,serious metal loss,poor overflow quality and high moisture of iron concentrate cake.To furth reduce the processing cost of iron concentrate and fulfill the requirements of iron concentrate filtering process by sintering and enviromental protection,Donganshan Sintering Plant introduced a P30/10-C ceramic disc filter in its industrial test.The test results showed that,due to its good filtering performance,the filter could bring not only considerable economic benefit,but remarkable social effect for the downstream processing of iron concentrate and environmental protection work.
