固溶处理对T-250马氏体时效钢的组织及力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过透射电镜(TEM)研究T-250马氏体时效钢组织变化,结合断口扫描电镜(SEM)观察,研究固溶温度和保温时间对T-250马氏体时效钢的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,T-250马氏体时效钢固溶态的硬度在280~292HB之间,几乎不受固溶温度和保温时间的影响;T-250马氏体时效钢中的马氏体形貌为板条状,且板条形貌不随固溶温度的升高和保温时间的延长而变化;固溶温度和保温时间对固溶态T-250马氏体时效钢的拉伸性能和冲击韧性的影响不大,固溶态T-250马氏体时效钢具有良好塑性和韧性。

Abstract:The influence of temperature and time of solution treatment on mechanical properties and microstructure of T-250 maraging steel has been investigated by TEM and SEM.The results show that the hardness of T-250 maraging steel varies between 280HB and 292HB and is independent of solution temperature and solution time. Microstructure of the maraging steel treated by solid solution is lath martensite and the steel has good toughness and its mechanical properties is independent of solution treatment.
