| Abstract: | A new fitting function for resistance-concetration relationship has been presented through the characteristic analysis for gas sensitive wesistor nhich is made of N-type metal oxide semiconductor. Upon the fitting function a resistace-voltage convert circuit with linearization function was designed. |
