| 摘 要： | 对几种传统的多目标评价指标的量化方法作了评述,指出了其存在的若干问题,继而根据不同特征,提出了由性态分析,上下限分析,到定量刻画所组成的指标定性定量规范化方法,并就多目标决策问题中规范化的作用提出新观点.

| Abstract: | Several traditionalnormalization methods of multi-objective evaluation indexes are described. The drawbacksof the methods are analyzed. A new method of qualitative-quantitative analysis in indexesof multi-objective evaluation is presented based on different characters of the indexes.The main steps of this method are character analysis, upper-lower limit analysis andquantitative analysis. Some new points on effects of normalization are also presented inmulti-objective evaluation. |
