安徽省外墙涂料工程质量状况及其应对措施

针对安徽省外墙涂料工程存在大量质量问题的状况，分析造成质量问题的原因。外墙涂料产品本身质量很好，由涂料引起外墙涂料质量问题的情况很少。造成质量问题的原因是多方面的，有的属于非技术原因，例如未能及时进行翻新涂装或保养维护；有的是因为涂料配色时颜料（色浆）选用不当；有的是所应用的外墙外保温系统存在质量问题；有的是因为施工质量问题；而最主要的还是腻子质量不良引起的问题较多、较普遍。最后提出减少外墙涂料工程质量问题，提高应用技术水平的个人见解，如提醒人们及时对涂料工程翻新涂装或保养维护、保证外墙外保温系统的工程质量、杜绝使用劣质腻子以及加强施工人员的技术培训和施工质量管理等。

The Quality State and Countermeasures of Exterior-wakk Coatings Engineering in Anhui Province

The causes of quality problems were analyzed according to quality problems state of Anhui province coatings engineering of exterior-wall. The quality of coatings product is better, the quality problems are almost not induced by the coatings. The reasons of the quality problem are in many aspects. Some of them are not belong to the technological, for example some problem due to did not renovating coating or to maintenance. Some due to the improper selection of pigment at match colors of the coatings; some attributed to the quality problems existed in exterior wall outer thermal insulation system; some caused by bad construction quality; but the main problems are caused by bad quality of the putty. In the end, these personal opinions which reduce the quality problems of coatings engineering and improve the application technology level are proposed, for example, remind the people to renovate coatings engineering in time, the engineering quality of exterior wall outer thermal insulation system is must ensured, the putty of bad quality is completely eradicate, the technological train for the construction workers and construction quality management are enhanced etc.
