采煤塌陷区土地的综合利用及其对策

在采煤矿区,由于采煤造成塌陷的土地是土地复垦需要解决的重点问题。塌陷面积每年都在递增,危害极大,导致大片土地荒芜,生态环境恶化,地形、地貌改变,土地贫瘠,粮食减少,直接影响农民奔小康。因此,这一问题应成为土地复垦的一项重要工作,切实抓紧抓好。政府应该采取切实有利的措施,出台相应治理对策,加大塌陷区土地复垦力度,合理规划,科学治理,综合利用,多元发展,从而使采煤塌陷的土地再度得到利用和开发,拉动区域经济的发展。

THE SYNTHETICAL UTILIZATION OF SUBSIDENCE AREA IN COAL MINE AND ITS COUNTERMEASURE

The subsidence area caused by coal mining is an important point, which should be settled by the land recultivation. The area of subsidence land is increasing year by year, which makes land desolated, ecological environment worsened, landform changed, land barren, grain decreasing, and directly hinders the farmers' life level. Therefore, the government should take the forceful measures and put forward correspondent administration countermeasures.The recultivation of the subsidence area should be enhanced by reasonable designing, scientific administration, synthetical using and multiple developing,to use and develop the land in the subsidence area again and stimulate the development of regional economy.
