黑龙江某铅锌伴生银多金属硫化矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:根据矿石的工艺矿物学研究,对黑龙江某铅锌伴生银多金属硫化矿进行了浮选分离试验研究,试验结果表明,采用铅锌硫依次优先浮选流程,可以实现铅锌的高效分离,并可将大部分伴生银矿物富集到铅精矿中。闭路试验获得铅品位65.83%,回收率为93.12%的铅精矿,锌品位为51.10%,回收率为89.24%的锌精矿,硫品位为46.03%,回收率为33.35%的硫精矿,铅精矿含银品位为1 105.50g/t,银回收率为86.27%。

Investigation on Flotation Separation of a Lead-Zinc-Associated Silver Polymetallic Sulfide Ore from Heilongjiang

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of the technological mineralogy of a lead-zinc-associated silver polymetallic sulfide ore from Heilongjiang Province,investigation on flotation separation?was carried out.The results indicated that applying selective flotation process can realize high separation efficiencies of the lead-zinc minerals.And most of the associated silver minerals were enriched in lead concentrate.In the closed-circuit test,the lead concentrate with the lead grade of 65.83% and recovery of 93.12% was obtained,as well as the zinc concentrate with the zinc grade of 51.10%,and recovery of 89.24%.The silver grade and recovery in the lead concentrate were 1105.50g/t and 86.27%, respectively.
