摘    要:SXCT湿式高频谐波磁场磁选机采用高频交变磁场技术,通过产生高频磁扰动来打破磁团聚,大幅提高分选精度。SXCT型磁选机应用于攀西某钒钛磁铁矿铁精矿精选作业,有效解决了本作业过程中出现的强磁性矿与弱磁性矿及脉石分离不清问题,工业考察可实现TFe品位提高1. 85%、回收率96. 12%,尾矿TiO_2品位23. 12%、铁钛比1. 26,分选指标优良,运行平稳,应用前景广阔。

Application of the SXCT Wet type high frequency harmonic magnetic separator in the sepration of Panxi V-Ti magnetite

Abstract:SXCT wet type high frequency harmonic magnetic separator use technology of high-frequency AC to significantly improve separation precision by means of breaking up magnetic aggregation acted by the generated high-frequency perturbation. SXCT series were successfully applied to one plant of vanadium titano-magnetite iron concentrate cleaner separation in Panxi zone Sichuan province, China. It proves well working on resolve the indistinct separation between ferromagnetic minerals and weak-magnetic minerals as well as gangues, industrial production shows that Total Fe could be improved by 1.85%, recovery rate improved to 96.12% and 23.12% TiO2 in the tailing, titanium iron ratio is 1.26. An excellent result was achieved and the machines have been keeping working in good condition. Application prospect of this series of separators in industry is very broad.
