仪器仪表电子部件敷形涂覆生产工艺技术的研究与应用

针对电子仪器仪表产品在腐蚀和侵蚀的流程工业现场环境下可靠工作的要求，本文提出了对电子仪器仪表产品的电子部件进行涂覆处理的生产工艺方案，研究分析了涂覆材料、生产设备、工艺参数与涂覆质量之间的关系，以指导生产出符合国家腐蚀和侵蚀环境3级标准的产品，满足仪器仪表在化工、石化等环境下的应用可靠性。

Research and Application of Conformal Coating Technique for the Electronic Components of Instruments and Meters

In view of the instruments and meters work reliably in corrosion and erosion environment of the process industrial requirements, the paper proposed and analyzed the technique of the conformal coating system for the electronic components of instruments and meters, introduced how to select the conformal coating meterial, dispensing system, and how to regulate the parameters of the technical process of conformal coating system, in order to establish a high-quality conformal coating production line to manufacture the products to meet the national standard of corrosion and erosion environment class 3, and also meet the reliability in the chemical, petrochemical environment.
