水苏糖、低聚木糖及半乳糖对双歧杆菌生长的影响

摘    要:以MRS培养基为对照,研究了不同浓度的水苏糖、低聚木糖及低聚半乳糖对两歧双歧杆菌BB01生长的影响。结果表明:在MRS培养基中添加0.2%~1.0%的水苏糖对两歧双歧杆菌BB01的生长有一定的促进作用,添加0.2%~1.0%的低聚木糖对两歧双歧杆菌BB01的生长没有影响,添加0.2%~1.0%的低聚半乳糖对两歧双歧杆菌BB01生长有明显的促进作用,这可缩短培养时间。

Abstract:Effects of stachyose,xylooligosaccharide and galatooligosaccharide on growth of Bifidobacterium Bifidum BB01 were studied by using MRS media as the control.The result shows as follows:Stachyose added 0.2%~1.0% concentration in MRS media has a growth-promoting effect on B.Bifidum BB01.Xylooligosaccharide added 0.2%~1.0% concentration has no influence on growth of B.Bifidum BB01.Galatooligosaccharide added 0.2%~1.0% concentration has an obviously growth-promoting effect on B.Bifidum BB01,which can shorten the...
