浅议基坑工程质量的监理控制

随着国民经济的增长、城市建设的发展,地下工程建筑的数量和规模日益增加,基坑工程也越来越得到了重视.但是基坑工程是一个综合性的系统工程,风险性大,受多种因素影响,再加上基坑施工管理和监理不够规范,基坑工程事故时有发生.从所发生的基坑工程事故中发现大多数基坑工程事故是与施工质量有密切关系的,而监理是基坑施工质量管理中的一个重要环节,因此,如何加强基坑工程监理是每个管理人员和监理人员需要考虑的问题.作者分析了监理市场和基坑工程监理中存在的一些问题,重点探讨了基坑工程监理控制的内容,提出了加强基坑工程监理的一些建议,对提高基坑工程质量,减少基坑工程事故以启迪.

Discussion of Supervising Pit Excavation

The quantities and scales of underground construction are rising with the increase of GDP and development of city construction and the foundation pit engineering attracts more and more attention.However,it is a system engineering which has a high risk and is affected by many factors,sometimes failures of pit bracing happen due to nonstandard management and supervision.It is found that most failures are related to the quality of construction.Supervision is a key to managing the quality of pit construction.Thus,how to intensify supervising is what every manager and supervisor should consider.In this paper the market of supervising foundation pit engineering is analyzed,the content of supervising and controlling is discussed and some advice for intensify supervising is put forward.What is paper has discussed is helpful for enhancing the quality of pit construction and reducing the failure of pit bracing.
