东江源区经济发展转型与产业结构调整

东江源区已列入国家级生态功能保护区,破坏环境的传统经济发展方式亟待转型,东江源区经济发展的优势条件是生态农业旅游业和稀土、钨及森林资源丰富,劣势条件是区位偏僻、交通不便、人才缺乏。为此东江源区需要加大财政投入,提高资金使用效率。控制稀土、钨资源开发强度,真正把保护放在优先位置,在加大招商引资力度的同时,实行更加严格的产业准入环境标准。同时大力发展生态农业、农产品食品加工业、旅游业等。
