电牵引采煤机水介质液压系统设计研究

摘    要:在电牵引采煤机的液压系统中采用水介质,符合当今流体传动技术的发展趋势,可实现工作面的无油作业,减少污染和作业危险,降低使用成本,具有重要意义。结合采煤机的结构和使用要求、工况特点及工作面设备配套情况,提出了一种设计方案,对元件的选型进行了讨论。

Abstract:Taking water as the medium of the hydraulic system of the coal shearer is in accordant with the current development tendency of fhuid driving technology. It is very helpful torealize oilless operation on working face, decrease pollution and operating danger, lower production cost. Combining with the structure operation requirements and working condition of the shearer as well as equipment matching at the face, a watery hydraulic driving plan is put forward and the component selection about it is discussed.
