摘    要:本文综述了近年来膳食中蛋白质、脂类、维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维等营养成分与高血压关系的研究进展,并就DASH膳食降低高血压的研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Research process of relationship between dietary nutrients such as protein,lips,vitamins,minerals,dietary fiber,etc and hypertension was reviewed.Research of effect of Dietary Approaches Stop Hypertension(DASH) on blood pressure lowering was also reviewed.
