昆布氨酸清洁化合成研究

摘    要:昆布氨酸是昆布中一种具有降压活性的非蛋白质氨基酸,但是由于含量极少,大都采用仿生合成的方法制备.本文中采用L-赖氨酸为原料,仿生合成了具有降压活性的昆布氨酸,产率可达37.6%,纯度可达97.2%.并研究了昆布氨酸的若干物理和化学性质,结构分析表明,准分子离子峰M H] m/z 207,HNMR质子位移信号δ=3.6288ppm,单重峰,9H,红外光谱在1480cm-1、2945cm-1和2863cm-1的吸收峰都说明在赖氨酸ε-氨基的N上引入了甲基,形成了季铵盐侧链,与昆布氨酸的结构相符合.

Research on the Clean Method to Synthesize Laminine

Abstract:Lamirtine is a kind of non-protein amino acids in the kelp, which can prevent and cure hypertension. Because of its trace amount in the nature, it is always prepared by bio-mimetic synthesis methods. Using lysine, laminine was prepared by bio-mimetic synthesis method,with yield rate 37.6% and purity 97.2%. According to the data of analysis apparatuses, the quasi-molecular ion peak of laminine was m/z 207, and chemical shift 8=3.6288ppm,s,9H, the features at 1480cm^-1 2945cm^-1,2863cm^-1 of IR all showed that 8-amino group of lysine was fully alkylated.
