摘    要:为解决某汽车安全卡扣带钢制嵌件注塑产品的充填不足缺陷问题,通过模流分析了解到,钢制嵌件结构的某些区域,在一定的注塑工艺方案内对模内料流形成阻流作用。通过在嵌件上接近难充填的末端处开设导流孔从而减少充填阻力的方法,对嵌件进行结构改进和工艺成型优化设计,有效降地降低了该产品的包胶成型工艺难度,解决了注塑缺陷问题,并且还提高了钢制嵌件的冲压件材料利用系数,塑件的外观成型质量亦得到明显改善。

Abstract:In order to solve the filling defect problem of an automobile safety buckle part with a steel insert,the material flow in the mould was analyzed.The results showed that some regions of the steel insert would hinder the material flow in the mould cavity.In this paper,a deflector hole was added to the steel insert near the hard-filling zone to decrease the material flow resistance.According to the improvement of the insert structure and opti-mization of the molding process,the difficulty of the coating injection process was reduced and the filling problem was solved.The material utilization of the steel insert and the appearance of the injection part were also improved.
