摘    要:介绍了采矿环境再造连续采矿嗣后充填采矿法中构筑人工矿柱的新方法。根据云锡公司卡房多金属新山矿段实际采空区的尺寸按比例设计了模拟采空区, 开展了人工矿柱半工业试验, 对人工矿柱半工业试验进行了检测。地质雷达检测和声波仪测试结果表明, 利用注浆技术构筑人工矿柱技术与工艺具有可行性, 能够达到设计要求, 为井下进行充填采矿提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Based on mining environment reconstruction by continuous mining and afterwards backfilling mining method, a new method of constructing artificial pillar was introduced. With a simulated goaf designed in proportion to the real size of the mind-out area in Kafang multi-metallic Xinshan ore section of Yunxi Company, a pilot experiment was performed for artificial pillar. Geology radar and sonic wave tests results show that the artificial pillar constructed by grouting technology is feasible in terms of technique and technology, all meeting the designing requirements, which can be taken as a scientific basis for underground mining with backfilling.
