| 摘 要： | 硫酸废热锅炉工作环境很恶劣，受热面容易因腐蚀、磨损而发生爆管或穿管泄漏现象。通过采取减少受热面高低温腐蚀，防止烟道积灰、严格控制入炉矿料粒度和水份等有效预防措施，制止受热面管的爆管或穿管，延长了锅炉使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The working environment for the waste heat boiler in sulfuric acid production is very poor and the heated tube surface is liable to cause leakage from burst or perforation of the tubes due to corrosion and abrasion. By taking preventive measures to reduce corrosion of the heated tube surface at high and low temperatures, prevent ashes from depositing in the flue and control the particle size and moisture of the pyrite entering the roaster, the burst or perforation of the heated tube surface is avoided, thus prolonging the service life of the boiler. |
