化肥企业节能减排的实践和思考

摘    要:全面介绍了江苏恒盛化肥有限公司自1996年以来采取的多项节能减排措施;总结了该公司治理"三废"、清洁生产、发展循环经济的环保效益和经济效益;提出了最终实现化肥生产废水零排放的技改思路。该企业节能减排技改效果表明:回收原料气其综合节能折合标煤约49 437 t/a;CO2回收利用新增利税3 600万元/a;减少生产废水排放的综合经济效益为5 200万元/a。

Abstract:Author has fully introduced that Hengsheng Chemical Fertilizer Company Ltd.has adopted multi-item of energy conservation and emission reduction measures since 1996;has summarized the environment protection benefit and economic benefit in treating "three wastes",cleaning production and developing circulation economy executed by this company;has presented the technical reformation idea in which zero emission of waste water in chemical fertilizer production was finally implemented.The technical reformation effect of energy conservation and emission reduction of this enterprise indicates that its comprehensive energy conservation of recovering raw material gas converts to standard coal being about 49 437 t/a;CO2 recovery and utilization can additionally increase the profit tax being 3 600×104 Yuan RMB/a;comprehensive economic benefit for reducing emission of productive waste water is 5 200×104 Yuan RMB /a.
