| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育改革的进一步发展，大学生的思想观念发生了深刻的变化，使得思想政治工作面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。要做好高校学生的思想政治工作，关键是针对新形势下学生的具体情况，有的放矢，同时建立一支高素质的学生思想政治工作队伍。
